All orders will only be shipped from Moday-Friday. If you place an order on Friday after we have already shipped off all the others orders for that day, your order will be shipped the next business day which would be the following Monday. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, verifying your purchase with us. It will take 2-5 business days to process your order and get it shipped. And once orders are shipped out you will receive your tracking number.
In the event that you have put the wrong shipping address try reaching us at [email protected] BEFORE we ship out your order. If any order is returned to us by USPS after it has been already shipped WE WILL refund your purchase BUT NOT the shipping costs. ALWAYS double check that your shipping address is correct.
We dropoff our packages at a USPS facility and if any package or item(s) are stolen or lost it will be OUT OF OUR CONTROL You will have to contact USPS directly, for any information or updates and provide them with your tracking number.
We unfortunately do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
